Dashboards & reporting
Bring orders, workload or customer activity into one view, with reports built from the records you already keep.
Advisory · Software · Team capability
Genesis is an AI consultancy. We help you turn everyday business problems into useful software, better workflows and capability your team can build on.
Our working toolkit
AI tools we work with directly, alongside everyday software your business may already use.
What we can help you build
Use AI to create software around a business need: a dashboard, an internal app or an automation that connects the tools you already have. AI is not intelligent. It is a tool. Its value depends on the work, records, limits and human decisions around it.
Bring orders, workload or customer activity into one view, with reports built from the records you already keep.
Create a focused app for approvals, scheduling or a recurring task that spreadsheets no longer handle well.
Link existing systems, prepare follow-ups and keep work moving between people and tools.
Make business knowledge easier to find and use, with answers that point back to their sources.
For a well-defined task, a custom tool may replace a subscription you no longer need. We weigh that against the cost of building, running and maintaining it. We establish what is feasible and worth doing before proposing the work.
The Specimen
Follow an invoice check from the original records to a possible mismatch and the person who decides what happens next.
Illustrative example. The business, people and figures are invented. This is not a client result.
Read the worked exampleThe tool flags. It never concludes. It reports that two documents disagree and shows you both. It does not say the invoice is wrong, it does not say the supplier has overcharged, and it does not rank anybody's honesty.
How we work
An Audit examines your work, people and records, then gives you written findings and a practical plan. If you already have a defined workflow or build need, bring that to us directly and we will establish the right starting point.
Develop your people
An augmented business tool is the route through which Genesis helps you build useful work and take ownership of it. The one-year Augmented Business Tool Department Programme combines learning, practical work and handover to develop an internal AI function. The Audit establishes whether it fits.

Put the work in place
Groundwork establishes the method, records and responsibilities. Implementation puts the agreed solution into use. Partnership provides continuing monthly advisory work after setup. Production implementation and other support are separately scoped.

The work may call for an AI assistant, custom software, a local model or a connection between existing systems. Workflow platforms such as Zapier and Make are further options. We assess the fit, access and costs before recommending a setup.
NEURAL stands for Networked Enterprise Understanding, Reasoning and Automation Layer. It is the connected knowledge layer that holds what your business knows and runs work from it. CORTEX is the operating layer that controls how that knowledge is used, including checks, handovers and sign-off. Their use depends on the agreed scope; they are not included in every product.
Clear records, testing and named responsibility help your team understand the work and maintain it.
We take nothing from the third-party tools we recommend.
No referral fees, no commission, no affiliation.
That depends on the job. An assistant can help someone produce or check work. A workflow can connect repeatable steps between tools. An agent can carry out a bounded sequence of actions. The Audit establishes what is appropriate and which actions need a person’s approval.
We examine what you already have before proposing changes. A useful route may improve an existing process, connect existing tools or require a different setup. The recommendation should explain why.
The agreed workflow names the records it uses, the checks it needs, the person responsible and what happens when something fails. Sending a message, accepting a change or putting work into production requires the authority agreed for that task.
Your agreement defines the work, documentation and access handed over to you. Third-party software, subscriptions and licences keep their own terms. The Audit and proposal make those dependencies clear.
A discovery call is an initial conversation about your work and whether Genesis is the right fit. It establishes whether the next step is an Audit, a defined build or another route.
